"Frau Hitt" (2270 m) is a peak in the "Nordkette", northern of Innsbruck. According to an old legend "Frau Hitt" once was a giant queen. She is known for offering a beggar woman a stone to eat which lead to her petrification when the woman cursed her and her horse.
